js-article-introtext\">\n<p data-start=\"978\" data-end=\"1367\">Vor sechzehn Jahren begann ich meinen fotografischen Weg, indem ich mich an das Blitzlicht klammerte \u2013 als einzigen sicheren Punkt in der unbekannten Welt der Fotografie. Tageslicht machte mir Angst. Ich verstand weder seine Richtung noch seine Farbtemperatur oder seine Ver\u00e4nderlichkeit. Es war f\u00fcr mich wild, unvorhersehbar und ohne die Kontrolle, die ich als Anf\u00e4nger dringend brauchte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1858\">Mit der Kamera in der Hand und einem gro\u00dfen Ehrgeiz, etwas Besonderes zu schaffen, suchte ich nach Sicherheit \u2013 und diese Sicherheit gab mir damals ausschlie\u00dflich der Blitz. In dem kleinen Studio bei Igor in Krakau, wo ich meine ersten Schritte machte, war der Blitz alles. Er gab meinen Bildern Form. Ich stellte das Licht ein, blitzte, kontrollierte das Histogramm. Ich mied es wie das Feuer. Es schien mir banal, instabil, zu \u201egew\u00f6hnlich\u201c. Ich war \u00fcberzeugt, dass ein echter Profi ausschlie\u00dflich mit Blitzlicht arbeitet und alles andere ein Kompromiss ist. Heute wei\u00df ich, dass es eher eine Flucht vor dem Unbekannten war \u2013 vor dem Risiko, vor einem Licht, das sich nicht vollst\u00e4ndig kontrollieren l\u00e4sst, besonders zu Beginn der fotografischen Reise.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"2309\">Meine ersten kommerziellen Shootings waren haupts\u00e4chlich Businessportr\u00e4ts und Imageaufnahmen, die ich ausschlie\u00dflich mit Blitzlicht umsetzte. Ich konzentrierte mich auf die Technik: Abst\u00e4nde, Lichtwinkel, Synchronisation, Lee-Farbfilter \u2013 und stellte das Licht jedes Mal auf die gleiche Weise ein. Ich f\u00fchlte mich wie ein Bildkonstrukteur, der eine Szene von Grund auf neu aufbaut. Und obwohl die Ergebnisse immer besser wurden, fehlte ihnen etwas \u2013 Atem, Leben, jene Weichheit, die nat\u00fcrliches Licht mit sich bringt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2311\" data-end=\"2714\">Mit der Zeit sp\u00fcrte ich immer deutlicher, dass meine Bilder, obwohl technisch korrekt, zu vorhersehbar und zu \u00e4hnlich waren. Bis ich eines Abends, als ich die untergehende Sonne durch das Fenster beobachtete, verstand, was mir fehlte. Ich verstand, dass ich keine Angst mehr vor Tageslicht haben musste \u2013 ich konnte es nachbilden, simulieren, gestalten. Dank verschiedener Blitzmodifikatoren und der Flexibilit\u00e4t k\u00fcnstlichen Lichts konnte ich genau den Lichtcharakter erzielen, den ich zuvor ausschlie\u00dflich mit nat\u00fcrlichem Sonnenlicht verband.<\/p>\n<p>So begann mein Weg zu einem bewussteren Umgang mit Licht. Ich begann nicht nur zu lernen, wie man k\u00fcnstliches Licht einsetzt, sondern vor allem, wie man Licht sp\u00fcrt. Die Arbeit mit k\u00fcnstlichem Licht er\u00f6ffnete mir neue M\u00f6glichkeiten. Es war nicht mehr nur ein Blitz f\u00fcr den Effekt \u2013 es wurde zu einer bewussten Simulation von Sonnenlicht, mit voller Kontrolle \u00fcber Weichheit, Richtung und Farbe.<\/p>\n<p>Der Blitz gibt mir Kraft und Pr\u00e4zision. LED-Licht hingegen bietet Subtilit\u00e4t und Beobachtung. Heute wei\u00df ich, dass erst die bewusste Nutzung beider Lichtquellen es mir erm\u00f6glicht, mit Pr\u00e4zision und Intention die magische Atmosph\u00e4re nat\u00fcrlichen Lichts nachzubilden \u2013 etwas, das mir fr\u00fcher v\u00f6llig unerreichbar erschien.<\/p>\n<p>Zusammenfassend habe ich \u00fcber die Jahre gelernt, dass ich mich nicht zwischen Natur und Technik entscheiden muss. Ich habe erfahren, dass ich Licht genau so gestalten kann, wie ich es m\u00f6chte, indem ich das gesamte Spektrum an Werkzeugen nutze.<\/p>\n<p>In meiner t\u00e4glichen Arbeit greife ich zum GlareOne-System. Business-Shootings und Imageportr\u00e4ts, die ich im Studio realisiere, arbeite ich am h\u00e4ufigsten mit Blitzlicht. Ich verwende eine Hauptblitzlampe GlareOne Vega 400, meist mit einer gro\u00dfen PRO Oktabox mit 100 cm Durchmesser, sowie eine zweite identische Lampe als Aufhelllicht mit einer 60\u00d790 cm Softbox. Dieses Setup liefert weiches Licht \u2013 ideal zur Modellierung des Gesichts und zur sauberen Trennung vom Hintergrund. Wenn ich den Hintergrund aufhellen oder ein Kantenlicht hinzuf\u00fcgen m\u00f6chte, setze ich weitere Blitze mit passenden Lichtformern ein.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1803\">Warum Blitz? Weil ich die volle Kontrolle \u00fcber jeden Aspekt des Bildes habe. Es gibt keine \u00dcberraschungen. Jede Bildserie ist konsistent, was bei Business-Shootings im Fotostudio von entscheidender Bedeutung ist.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1998\">Das obige Foto wurde mit einem sogenannten Clamshell-Lichtsetup aufgenommen, dessen Anordnung auf dem untenstehenden Foto gut zu erkennen ist. selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch in der kommerziellen Fotografie einsetzen. Die Lichtformer \u2013 insbesondere das Hauptlicht \u2013 werden je nach gew\u00fcnschtem Effekt angepasst. Auf dem untenstehenden Foto habe ich anstelle einer Softbox einen GlareOne Orb 150 White Schirm verwendet, um ein noch weicheres Licht zu erzielen, das zugleich den Hintergrund hinter dem Modell aufgehellt hat.<\/p>\n<h3>Beispiel 2 \u2013 LED-Licht bei Imageportr\u00e4ts vor Ort<\/h3>\n<p>Bei Business-Shootings und Imageportr\u00e4ts, die ich direkt beim Kunden realisiere, greife ich immer h\u00e4ufiger auf Dauerlicht von GlareOne zur\u00fcck. Die R\u00e4umlichkeiten sind sehr unterschiedlich \u2013 kleine B\u00fcros, enge Konferenzr\u00e4ume oder fensterlose Zimmer. Unter solchen Bedingungen funktioniert Dauerlicht hervorragend. Es ist leise und vor allem dauerhaft eingeschaltet, sodass ich sofort auf Ver\u00e4nderungen reagieren und das Licht pr\u00e4zise an die Umgebung anpassen kann. Besonders wichtig ist auch, dass sich das Licht in kleinen R\u00e4umen deutlich besser kontrollieren l\u00e4sst als Blitzlicht.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr diese Art von Sessions nutze ich meist vier GlareOne-Leuchten: zwei LED 300 BiColor D sowie zwei LED 160 BiColor D, kombiniert mit einer PRO Softbox mit 100 cm, einer 60\u00d790 cm Softbox und zwei mitgelieferten Reflektoren. Das Licht setze ich genauso wie zuvor: Hauptlicht und Aufhelllicht. Dieses Setup erzeugt ein weiches, nat\u00fcrliches Licht, das das Gesicht sehr sch\u00f6n modelliert. Dank der einstellbaren Farbtemperatur kann ich zudem das vorhandene Licht problemlos mit dem LED-Licht ausbalancieren \u2013 ganz ohne Farbfilter. Zwei zus\u00e4tzliche Lampen verwende ich je nach Bedarf zur Hintergrundaufhellung oder als indirektes Aufhelllicht \u00fcber die Decke.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Shootings beim Kunden bieten mir LED-Leuchten mehr Kontrolle \u00fcber das Licht als Blitzger\u00e4te. Ich sehe den Effekt live und kann sofort reagieren, was die Arbeitszeit deutlich verk\u00fcrzt und den Stress f\u00fcr die fotografierte Person minimiert.<\/p>\n<h3>Beispiel 3 \u2013 Blitz im einer der Sessions im Rahmen der Workshops beim Festival \u015awiat\u0142oSi\u0142a 2025 arbeiteten wir mit dem Model Magdalena am Strand, kurz vor Sonnenuntergang. Das Tageslicht war weich, warm und sehr malerisch, gleichzeitig jedoch zu flach, um einen ausdrucksstarken, dreidimensionalen Effekt zu erzielen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1576\">In diesem Moment griff ich zur mobilen Blitzlampe GlareOne Botis 200. Es handelt sich um einen kompakten, aber sehr leistungsstarken Outdoor-Blitz, den ich problemlos auf einem Stativ montieren und mithilfe von Paulina, die beim Shooting assistierte, pr\u00e4zise auf das Model ausrichten konnte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1898\">Der Einsatz des Blitzes erm\u00f6glichte es mir, die Belichtung des Umgebungslichts zu \u201ekappen\u201c \u2013 den Hintergrund abzudunkeln und gleichzeitig die Person aufzuhellen. Dadurch gewann das Bild an Tiefe und Dramatik; es war nicht mehr nur eine Momentaufnahme in sch\u00f6nem Licht, sondern eine vollwertige, bewusst gestaltete Szene.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div Blitzleistung, sondern auch volle Kontrolle \u2013 ich konnte mit kurzen Verschlusszeiten arbeiten, den Blitz mit der Kamera synchronisieren und die Einstellungen blitzschnell anpassen. Das zeigt, dass richtig eingesetzter Blitz im Au\u00dfenbereich der Nat\u00fcrlichkeit nichts nimmt \u2013 im Gegenteil. Er verleiht dem Bild Charakter und lenkt den Blick des Betrachters genau dorthin, wo wir ihn haben wollen.<\/p>\n<p>TIPP \u2013 Besonders wichtig ist mir beim Einsatz von Blitz, Tageslicht und Blitzlicht so zu verbinden, dass der Betrachter nicht einmal daran denkt, dass k\u00fcnstliches Licht zur Gestaltung der Szene verwendet wurde. In meiner Outdoor-Fotografie ist Blitz nur ein dezenter Akzent, der den Unterschied macht. Ich empfehle sehr, sich das Behind-the-Scenes-Material von Annie Leibovitz\u2019 Shootings anzusehen.<\/p>\n<h3>Beispiel 4 \u2013 Beleuchtung in Kombination mit der Fotoworkshops in Legnica (Studio Kominka 22) arbeiteten wir in einem gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen, aber stark sonnendurchfluteten Raum mit gro\u00dfen Fenstern. Das Tageslicht fiel intensiv von einer Seite ein und erzeugte starke Kontraste sowie \u00dcberbelichtungen auf den Gesichtern der Models. Anstatt das Licht zu blockieren oder zu reduzieren, entschied ich mich, es bewusst auszugleichen, indem ich die gegen\u00fcberliegende Bildseite mit kontinuierlichem LED-Licht aufhellte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"2052\">Ich verwendete zwei GlareOne LED 300 Bi-Color D Leuchten mit montierten Standardreflektoren. Diese platzierte ich auf beiden Seiten des Raumes und richtete das Licht zur Decke, sodass das sanft reflektierte Licht den Raum ausf\u00fcllte und die Schatten ausglich. Durch diese Technik war das Licht weder direkt noch aggressiv \u2013 es verhielt sich wie nat\u00fcrlich reflektiertes Licht, das die Models weich umh\u00fcllte. Dadurch konnte ich die Belichtung in der Kamera korrekt auf das Tageslicht einstellen und das Bild sauber aufnehmen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"two-images two-images--normal\">\n<div von 2700\u20136500 K einzustellen, erm\u00f6glichte es mir, den Wei\u00dfabgleich exakt an das durch die Fenster einfallende Tageslicht anzupassen, was letztlich zu einem sehr nat\u00fcrlichen und stimmigen Ergebnis f\u00fchrte. Die gesamte Szene wirkte, als w\u00e4re sie vollst\u00e4ndig mit nat\u00fcrlichem Licht ausgeleuchtet \u2013 jedoch mit voller Kontrolle dar\u00fcber, wie sich das Licht im Bild verteilt. Diese Kombination aus k\u00fcnstlichem Licht und Tageslicht erwies sich als ideale L\u00f6sung: Sie glich nicht nur die Belichtung aus, sondern verlieh den Bildern auch Leichtigkeit und R\u00e4umlichkeit. Die Models f\u00fchlten sich wohl, die Arbeitsatmosph\u00e4re war entspannt, und erw\u00e4hnenswert ist, dass mehr als 20 Personen anwesend waren.<\/p>\n<h3>Beispiel 5 \u2013 kreative Beleuchtung im der Premiere des neuen optischen Snoots der Marke GlareOne entschieden wir uns, ein Fotoshooting umzusetzen und Videomaterial aufzunehmen (zu sehen auf YouTube \u2013 GlareOneTV) im Studio Unique in Krakau. Ich setzte vollst\u00e4ndig auf LED-Beleuchtung, die mir nicht nur Flexibilit\u00e4t, sondern auch volle Kontrolle \u00fcber das Licht in einer anspruchsvollen Umgebung bot, in der die optischen Snoots \u00e4u\u00dferst pr\u00e4zise positioniert werden mussten. Insgesamt verwendete ich f\u00fcnf LED-Leuchten, die so angeordnet waren, dass Licht mit unterschiedlichem Charakter und Tiefe entstand.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2296\">Zwei der Leuchten \u2013 GlareOne LED 300 Bi-Color D \u2013 dienten als Aufhelllicht. Sie waren mit PRO-Softboxen mit einem Durchmesser von 100 cm ausgestattet. Ihre Aufgabe war es, den Raum sanft auszuleuchten und eine weiche Lichtbasis zu schaffen, die Schatten milderte und eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige, \u00e4sthetische Belichtung erm\u00f6glichte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2784\">Als Hauptlicht nutzte ich drei GlareOne-Leuchten mit unterschiedlicher Leistung, ausgestattet mit optischen Snoots mit austauschbarer Optik. Dadurch konnte ich das Licht pr\u00e4zise auf das Gesicht des Models lenken und Gesichtsz\u00fcge, Hautstruktur, den Charakter des Stylings sowie ausgew\u00e4hlte Bereiche der Zyklorama betonen. Die Snoots lieferten ein konzentriertes, hartes Licht mit filmischem Charakter, das perfekt mit dem dunkleren Hintergrund und der rohen Studioatmosph\u00e4re harmonierte.<\/p>\n<div class=\"two-images Kontrast, Kontrolle mit Nat\u00fcrlichkeit zu verbinden und eine Atmosph\u00e4re zu schaffen, die dem Model Tiefe und einen einzigartigen Charakter verlieh. Die LED-Leuchten von GlareOne bew\u00e4hrten sich hier hervorragend \u2013 sie arbeiteten leise, stabil und lieferten genau das Bild, das ich mir zuvor vorgestellt hatte.<\/p>\n<h3>Beispiel 6 \u2013 filmische Beleuchtung<\/h3>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend eines Outdoor-Shootings bei Foto Foka arbeitete ich mit dem Model Ola D\u0119bska und erstellte analoges Material auf Kodak Portra 400 Film. Mein Ziel war es, einen filmischen Look zu erzielen \u2013 nicht nur durch die Wahl der Ausr\u00fcstung und des Stylings, sondern vor allem durch das Licht, das den Bildern Atmosph\u00e4re und praktischem Licht \u2013 einer Stehlampe, die tats\u00e4chlich im Bild sichtbar war. Sie bestimmte den Grundton der gesamten Szene. Erg\u00e4nzend dazu setzte ich hinter dem Model k\u00fcnstliches Licht in Form einer GlareOne LED 300 Bi-Color D ein, deren Aufgabe es war, das Model dezent zu betonen, ohne der Szene ihre Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit zu nehmen. Das Kunstlicht f\u00fcllte den Raum, brach die Schatten auf und erg\u00e4nzte das Licht der Stehlampe.<\/p>\n<p>Die Konsistenz der Farbtemperatur war dabei entscheidend, weshalb ich die M\u00f6glichkeit zur Farbtemperaturanpassung der LED nutzte, um sie perfekt an das Gl\u00fchlampenlicht anzupassen. Das Ergebnis war eine leicht nostalgische, weiche Atmosph\u00e4re mit feinem Filmkorn \u2013 ein Effekt, der mit reinem Blitzlicht nur schwer zu erzielen gewesen w\u00e4re.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Kombination aus praktischem und k\u00fcnstlichem Licht erm\u00f6glichte es mir nicht nur, den Charakter des Ortes zu bewahren, sondern auch die visuelle Erz\u00e4hlung zu verst\u00e4rken. Das Licht lie\u00df sich subtil formen, ohne den Bildraum zu dominieren, w\u00e4hrend die wichtigsten Elemente betont wurden \u2013 und ich konnte analog fotografieren.<\/p>\n<h2>Fazit \u2013 bewusste Lichtwahl als Werkzeug des Storytellings<\/h2>\n<p>Mein Weg als Fotograf begann mit der Angst vor Tageslicht und blindem Vertrauen in Blitzlicht. Mit der Zeit habe ich jedoch gelernt, dass jede Lichtquelle ihre eigene Sprache, ihre eigenen M\u00f6glichkeiten und ihre Grenzen hat. Der Schl\u00fcssel liegt nicht in der Entscheidung zwischen LED und Blitz, sondern im Bewusstsein dar\u00fcber, was das jeweilige Licht zur Geschichte beitragen kann, die ich dem Betrachter erz\u00e4hlen m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p>Heute habe ich keine Angst mehr vor Experimenten. Ich nutze Blitzlicht bewusst, wenn ich maximale Kontrolle \u00fcber das Bild brauche, greife aber ebenso gerne zu LED-Leuchten, wenn Nat\u00fcrlichkeit, Narration und ein weiches, beobachtbares Licht gefragt sind.<\/p>\n<p>In meiner t\u00e4glichen Arbeit ist es die Flexibilit\u00e4t und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit des GlareOne-Systems, die mir kreative Freiheit geben \u2013 egal ob im Studio, im Freien oder in engen R\u00e4umen beim Kunden. Dank vielf\u00e4ltiger Lichtformer, umfangreicher Einstellm\u00f6glichkeiten und hoher Verarbeitungsqualit\u00e4t kann ich mich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren: Bilder zu schaffen, die Emotionen Er sch\u00e4tzt Bilder mit Charakter, die Geschichten erz\u00e4hlen und mit Licht spielen wie mit Musik.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2292\">Im Alltag ist er stolzer Markenbotschafter von Unternehmen, die er wirklich respektiert: Leica Camera Poland, GlareOne, Voigtl\u00e4nder, Calibrite, Sekonic und Newell. Er leitet Fotoworkshops, unterrichtet Bildretusche und trifft sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mit anderen Fotografen bei einer Tasse Kaffee, um Wissen zu teilen \u2013 was ihm gro\u00dfe Freude bereitet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2804\">Er ist Autor der B\u00fccher <em data-start=\"2318\" data-end=\"2344\">Im Licht der Inspiration<\/em> und <em data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2392\">Meisterschaft der Farbe in der Fotografie<\/em>. Seine Arbeiten wurden unter anderem w\u00e4hrend der Milan Fashion Week ausgestellt und in Magazinen wie <em data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2509\">British Vogue<\/em>, <em data-start=\"2511\" data-end=\"2539\">Digital Photographer Polen<\/em> sowie weiteren renommierten Titeln ver\u00f6ffentlicht.
